Gold Coast Art Instructor

Are you an artistic individual with exceptional communication skills? Do you have experience teaching art in a social atmosphere?
About the Role- This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, leading groups of adult beginner painters step-by-step through a featured painting.
The ideal candidate will be able to create a fun and engaging atmosphere for all participants, showcasing their outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
We require staff to be able to travel between our locations on the Gold Coast. Flexibility is essential, as shifts may include Friday afternoons, evenings, Saturday afternoons, and nights, as well as occasional weekday shifts as needed.
As a part-time role, we offer approximately 4-8 hours per week. If you're looking for a rewarding and creative work environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Lead groups of adult beginner painters step-by-step through a featured painting
- Create a fun atmosphere for all participants
- Have an outgoing personality and entertain a crowd
- Assist participants during the event
- Set up and break down the event
- Communicate with staff and be a team player
- Take photos of the event
- Promote workshops and classes
