Job Description:

\

As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the primary point of contact with assigned Intelligent Automation customers and liaise between customers and developers to ensure we deliver quality, excellence, and value.

\

Key responsibilities include:

\
  • Serving as the primary point of contact with assigned Intelligent Automation customers and liaising between customers and developers\
  • Supporting customers by providing answers, expertise, and insights as needed\
  • Conducting site visits to customers, travel up to 25% when warranted\
  • Creating business cases and ROI for all automation projects\
  • Collaborating with the developers to ensure customers' development requirements are accurately captured for automation projects\
  • Staying informed on Intelligent Automation solutions and use cases to better inform customers on capabilities\
  • Supporting the governance of the lifecycle/process\
  • Developing and tracking metrics and financial projections for each automation/solution\
  • Facilitating email communications between clients\
  • Being accountable for high client Net Promoter Score (NPS) to ensure we deliver quality, excellence, and value\
  • Supporting the sales team by defining project complexity and total hours needed from Business Analyst resources for new projects

Requirements:

\

To be successful in this role, you will need:

\
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience\
  • Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance\
  • Experience with RPA Tools such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism is a plus\
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing\
  • Advanced knowledge in generating process documentation including process flows, as-is/to-be documentation, and solution design documents (SDDs)\
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills\
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)\
  • A lifelong learner mindset\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\
  • Strong communication and management skills\
  • Understanding of Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
