Extended Hours Program Leader

This position is responsible for leading and coordinating the Extended Hours Program.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive extended hours program, including school holiday activities.
- Serve as a dynamic leader and mentor to junior Youth Workers.
- Liaise with local First Nations people to ensure cultural sensitivity and community engagement.
The ideal candidate will have experience in youth work, community engagement, and leadership. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of the Extended Hours Program.
- Leadership: Act as a passionate and empathetic leader for program participants and junior Youth Workers.
- Cultural Liaison: Liaise with local First Nations people to promote cultural awareness and community engagement.
- Support: Provide support to a comprehensive extended hours program and school holiday program.
