  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve cleaning objectives
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to residents
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Previous experience working as a cleaner is ideal
  • Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families
