The Role

We are seeking an experienced Childcare Centre Manager or Centre Director to lead a fantastic team and take our educational program to the next level. This role is highly dynamic and fast-paced, giving the right candidate the opportunity to work autonomously and make the service their own.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Develop and implement business management strategies to drive growth and excellence
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve service delivery
  • Communicate effectively with families and stakeholders to build strong relationships
  • Stay up-to-date with industry legislation, compliance, and regulations
Requirements
  • Two or more years' experience managing a childcare service
  • Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent) or working towards this qualification
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work shifts between 7:30am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday
  • First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain one
  • Understanding and working knowledge of the National Quality Framework
