Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Recruiter to join our headquarters in Sydney. As a member of our Talent Team, you will play a crucial role in hiring top-class talent on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your advanced sourcing skills to attract and retain high-quality talent in a niche market.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver high-quality candidates.
  • Identify trends and insights from conversations to make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage candidate pipelines effectively and maintain a detail-oriented approach to identify only the best talent.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 8 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a high-volume, finance-focused environment.
  • Experience working in an in-house recruitment environment.
  • Proven expertise in crafting Boolean search strings for sourcing candidates in niche markets using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
  • Knowledge of the Australian financial market is highly beneficial.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary estimated at AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum.
