Community Building Specialist

- Support sales and occupancy by assisting with new home installations and promotional activities.
- Manage administration and compliance, including resident files, utility billing, and documentation of resident issues.
Key qualifications include experience in a similar role, strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. A proactive attitude with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to safety and compliance is essential.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be comfortable managing building and grounds maintenance, responding to emergencies, and supporting resident wellbeing. You should also be confident in using cleaning, gardening, or kitchen equipment as needed.
