A distinguished Banking & Finance team seeks a talented professional to join their market-leading practice in Adelaide.

The Role

You will work within a highly motivated and skilled team, led by Peter Staniszewski. Our team acts for all major lenders and corporate borrowers on bilateral, club, and syndicated lending across multiple industries.

  • Support the banking and finance partner across matters;
  • Mentor junior colleagues and paralegals;
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients;
  • Provide expert advice to clients and internal teams.
To Succeed in this Position, You'll Need
  • 3-6+ years of experience in banking and finance;
  • Strong experience in documenting lending transactions and advising on the PPSA;
  • Experience with settling transactions using PEXA;
  • Commercial acumen and critical thinking capabilities;
  • Leadership skills and interest in developing our up-and-coming junior cohort.
