About the role

Our organisation is seeking a skilled hospitality professional to fill a variety of roles within our fast-paced coffee drive-thru business.

We provide in-depth training and support to all team members to ensure that every aspect of the business runs smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing or supervising a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality setting with strong coffee skills and knowledge.

The role will include barista work, training new employees, supervising, stock control, following company policies and procedures, direct KPI from Operations Manager, food safety, effective communication, performance evaluations and rostering.
