We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our external engagement strategy and elevate our voice in Australia.

This is a strategic, hands-on role where you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, collaborate closely with teams across Legal, Risk, ESG, and Marketing, and represent us as a visible and credible voice in the public sphere.

As a Corporate Affairs Lead, you will lead our external engagement with government, media, and industry bodies, shape and execute strategies that influence public policy and enhance our reputation, manage crisis communications and reputation risk, craft compelling submissions, briefings, and messaging for senior stakeholders, collaborate across Legal, Risk, ESG, and Marketing to ensure alignment, and represent us at key forums and build strong external relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective external engagement strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of external engagement initiatives.
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on matters related to external engagement, public policy, and reputation management.
  • Manage crisis communications and develop proactive strategies to mitigate reputation risk.
  • Craft compelling content and messaging for various stakeholder groups.
