Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious recruiter to join our Brisbane office and build our QLD Business/Office Support Team. This role offers a fast-paced environment, competitive commission models, and genuine career progression.

As a recruiter, you will be responsible for full 360 recruitment for your own desk, hiring people for your team, and business development and client management. You will work with a team of experienced senior consultants and managers who value collaboration, teamwork, and a high-performing culture.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recruitment experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a growth mindset. Australian citizenship or permanent residency is preferred, but sponsorship is an option.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to contribute ideas to peers and business leaders.
  • At least 24 months of recruitment experience and a revenue target.
  • Have a growth mindset and willingness to learn and develop.
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent resident preferred. Sponsorship is an option.
