Your role in our operation

We are seeking individuals to join our team in Monarto. This position plays a vital part in ensuring the health and welfare of our poultry while supporting the daily operations of our farm. If you enjoy hands-on work, being part of a great team, and learning new skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Daily tasks and responsibilities

General farm duties, including feeding and monitoring poultryChecking and maintaining bird health and welfareCleaning and maintaining farm sheds and equipmentMonitoring and adjusting farm climate control systemsAssisting with bird transfers and other farm operations as neededDay and afternoon shifts available (may include weekend work)Allowances for relevant shift work and conditions
