We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will have the opportunity to be active in a leadership role, including the development and provision of evidence-based clinical nursing while working with a multidisciplinary team across WREN inpatient unit and HITH team.

\

This is a senior role that requires a strong clinical skillset with the drive to succeed in a ward-based leadership position. You will bring passion for client care and high standard of customer-focused service, matched by your ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

\About The Role\
  • \
  • Develop and provide evidence-based clinical nursing practice, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.\
  • Act as a clinical expert, professional role model and change agent to promote practice development and quality initiatives.\
  • Provide clinical support to nursing staff, allied health staff and lived experience staff.\
  • Implement and provide education and training for clinical staff.\
  • Assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patients.\
  • Comprehensive knowledge of legislative requirements in relation to nursing practice.\
  • Knowledge and experience in the implementation of service improvement and quality projects.\
  • Ability to provide clinical supervision.\
  • Experience working in perinatal mental health or eating disorders preferable.\
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.\
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, families and stakeholders.\\
