We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Merchandiser in the Cairns area. This is a permanent part-time position requiring a minimum of 10 hours per week, with the flexibility to work more hours when needed.
About the Job
- Create visually appealing merchandising displays that meet customer and company standards.
- Develop lasting relationships with key contacts in customer stores.
- Efficiently execute marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build effective merchandising displays.
- Establish strong connections with customer store contacts.
- Ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Be adaptable, agile, and a problem solver.
- Be accountable and take pride in your work.
- Enjoy meeting and communicating with people at all levels.
- Have experience in retail or supermarket sales environment is preferred but not necessary.
Working Conditions
This role involves physical activity including lifting, pushing, pulling, and stacking product that weighs up to 12 kg. A short general fitness/medical assessment will be part of the recruitment process.
