We're looking for an experienced Retail Sales Consultant to join our Cairns store on a casual basis who thrives in a collaborative, results-driven culture and feels empowered to deliver customer experiences that matter.

The day to day
  • You are the face of Optus delivering customer service brilliance powered by optimism.
  • Learn all about our tech products and services and share knowledge in an easy-to-understand way.
  • Provide personalised solutions and product expertise – your approachable manner supports sales success.
  • Work with colleagues to create a welcoming environment where learning, growth, and memorable moments happen.
