We're seeking an experienced Requirements Specialist to join our consulting services and Integrated Work Packages.

You'll work on complex Defence, government, and infrastructure projects, collaborating with key entities such as the Defence Digital Group, National Shipbuilding and Sustainment Group, Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group, Navy, Army, and Air Force.

About the Role

This is a mid-senior level role where you'll lead requirements engineering activities, including requirement sets development, analysis, and lifecycle management. You'll also provide systems engineering support, applying technical expertise in integration engineering, V&V planning, test and evaluation, and certification processes.

  • Manage Requirements Engineering Activities, ensuring traceability to system design and verification outcomes.
  • Deliver Systems Engineering Support, applying technical expertise in integration engineering, V&V planning, test and evaluation, and certification processes.
What We're Looking For

We need candidates with defence industry experience in engineering management, RF environments, digital communications protocols, signal conversion techniques, and driving process improvements. Experience with US Export Controls is also essential.

Your work may involve:

  • Developing Regulatory Compliance plans, resource allocation, project reporting, and reviews of contract deliverables.
  • Utilizing specialist tools, including DOORS and VCRM, to manage requirements and verification processes.
  • Producing Technical Documentation, such as hazard reports, engineering plans, certification materials, and design assessments.
