Job Opportunity: Citrix Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Citrix consultant to join our team and contribute to the design and management of complex Citrix environments from scratch. With a strong background in Citrix Virtual Apps (XenApp) and Citrix DaaS on Azure, the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with building and deploying Citrix Sites, including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Director, and Citrix DaaS infrastructure components.

The successful candidate will have expertise in designing and managing Citrix App Layering stacks, as well as working knowledge of NetScaler VPX, including Gateway and load balancing features. They will also have a deep understanding of Active Directory Group Policy management and hands-on experience with Citrix WEM, including action assignment and performance optimization.

Proficient in PowerShell scripting for Citrix and Windows automation, the ideal candidate will also have familiarity with Microsoft Intune and SCCM for endpoint and software deployment. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, with excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project delivery.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years' hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps (XenApp) and Citrix DaaS on Azure
  • Strong experience in building Citrix Sites from scratch, including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Director, and Citrix DaaS infrastructure components
  • Hands-on with MCS and PVS in production deployments
  • Experience with Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, and on-prem vSphere (VMware)
  • Proficient in designing and managing Citrix App Layering stacks
  • Working knowledge of NetScaler VPX, including Gateway and load balancing features
  • Working knowledge of F5 GSLB
  • Deep understanding of Active Directory Group Policy management
  • Hands-on with Citrix WEM, including action assignment and performance optimization
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and SCCM for endpoint and software deployment
  • Experience in application publishing and Citrix Studio administration
  • Proficient with PowerShell scripting for Citrix and Windows automation
