About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled clinical nurse to provide exceptional care to patients suffering from serious illness or injury. You will be working in a purpose-built modern facility with state-of-the-art equipment and technology.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Providing timely, high-quality care to patients in the Emergency Department;Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes;Developing and implementing effective patient care plans in partnership with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals;Leading by example, demonstrating strong clinical leadership and expertise in critical care nursing practice.About You:
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
A Post Graduate Certificate in Critical Care (or equivalent) and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;Strong leadership and clinical expertise, with experience in emergency triage and management;Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends;A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education in critical care nursing practice.Benefits and Opportunities:
