Role Summary

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our production team. As a treasure hunter, you will be responsible for sorting donations from charity partners and preparing them for our retail floor.

  • You will work closely with the production manager to ensure that daily production targets are met.
  • Your tasks will include accepting donations, meeting and engaging with customers and donors, sorting donations, pricing and grading product, and hanging it ready for sale.

A typical day in this role will involve working collaboratively with your team to achieve shared goals and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Part-time availability - Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 3:30pm
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in retail, production, warehousing or hospitality
  • Ability to celebrate individuality and promote a culture of inclusivity
  • Driver to make an impact on your team and community
  • Customer focus and passion for providing exceptional service
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
