**Job Description:**

  • As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals.
  • You will develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue for the scaffolding business.
  • Creatively identify, pursue, and secure high-value opportunities that contribute to the company's growth and success.

This is a mid-senior level sales role that requires a thorough understanding of the scaffolding industry, sales process, CRM, lead generation, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

**Business Growth & Revenue Expansion**
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the scaffolding industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the industry.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and revenue for the scaffolding business.
  • Create and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement campaigns to reach new customers.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to promote the scaffolding business and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the scaffolding business is meeting the needs of its customers.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and partners.
  • Create and manage a budget for business development activities.
  • Develop and maintain a CRM system to track and manage leads and customer interactions.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize business development strategies to improve ROI.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
  • 3-5 years experience in Business Development.
  • Demonstrate understanding of decision makers in the sales team.
  • High level of professionalism.
  • Experience in Sales & operations platforms (e.g., CRM, Outlook, Excel).
  • Thorough understanding of scaffolding access systems (e.g., Modular Scaffold, Scaffold Engineering, Hoardings/Gantry).
  • Demonstrated experience in tendering and converting projects (e.g., Residential, Schools, Commercial, Industrial, Highrise).
  • Positive and respectful attitude.
  • Demonstrates professional speaking and writing skills.
  • Sales acumen and positive energy.
