Job Title: People Experience Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage and optimize our HR technology systems. This role will play a pivotal part in managing, maintaining, and enhancing our Talent and People systems, as well as extracting valuable insights from HR data to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Systems Management:
  • Administer and maintain our ATS ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Talent/Recruitment systems-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
  • Manage relationships with HR system vendors, including contract negotiation, renewals, issue resolution, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Technology, Talent Experience, and other stakeholders to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Talent Systems processes and procedures.
Data Analytics and Reporting:
  • Design and generate insightful reports and dashboards to track key Talent metrics, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support specific PX initiatives and projects.
  • Collaborate with PX team members to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
Process Improvement:
  • Continuously evaluate HR systems and processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
  • Lead or participate in projects to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in HR technology and data analytics.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms/HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Lever, Sterling, Qualtrics).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL) and reporting software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in HR systems administration, data analysis, and reporting.
