About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead our product development initiatives, focusing on vegetable variety trials for the Australian market. This strategic role will involve planning, coordinating and executing local product trials across regions and crops, with a primary focus on tomato, capsicum, and cucumber.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual trial programs, collecting and analysing performance data
  • Work closely with suppliers, growers and internal teams to achieve business objectives and market demands
  • Monitor market trends, grower requirements and competitor activity to identify opportunities
  • Provide technical support and training to sales and customer service teams
  • Build strong relationships with growers, suppliers and industry stakeholders
  • Represent us at industry events, field days and customer visits

We are keen to hear from you if you have experience in product development, crop trials or technical agronomy, knowledge of vegetable crops and production systems in the Australian market, and a tertiary qualification in horticulture, agronomy or a related field.
