Operational Risk Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Risk Management Expert to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Leverage your strong consulting skills to drive business impact through client engagements.
  • Apply coaching and facilitation expertise to support capability development of operational and functional leaders.
  • Work closely with managers to prepare compelling technical and commercial proposals.
  • Independently manage end-to-end projects, identifying areas of improvement and designing effective solutions.
  • Undertake analysis, including quantitative and qualitative evaluations, and create actionable reports and presentations.
  • Engage clients across scoping, proposal preparation, project management, and implementation.
  • Lead clients through meetings, interviews, and workshops at various project stages.
  • Possess strong industry knowledge and stay updated on current trends.
  • Develop project work plans, progress trackers, and status reports.

Requirements:

  • Align with organizational core values and mission critical behaviors.
  • Proficient in Operational Risk Management methodologies, operational risk management, safety culture transformation, etc.
  • Extensive experience in Coaching and workshop facilitation.
  • Passionate about impact-driven work and willing to work with clients integrating profit & purpose.
  • Natural problem-solver, able to navigate ambiguity, and thrive in complex environments.
  • Effective leadership skills to drive execution in complex settings.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
