Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert product knowledge and support to customers and dealers, resolving complex issues with Mine Star software and hardware.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and diagnose issues, implementing corrective actions to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers, driving high-quality results with urgency and velocity.
  • Contribute to the development of service documentation and publications, ensuring accurate and effective support for customers and dealers.
  • Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, supporting the development and launch of new products and services.
  • Engage in product-related incident investigations, providing expert analysis and recommendations to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in providing first-call technical support for enterprise-level applications, with a strong focus on problem management and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and as a functional member of a local and global team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Programming and scripting experience, with knowledge of Windows Server and VM environments.
  • Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, TCP/IP networking, and Microsoft client and server platforms.
  • Mining or heavy earthmoving experience is beneficial but not required.
