Job OverviewWe are seeking a Graduate Engineer to join our team. As a Graduate Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders and like-minded professionals on diverse projects across our five business units.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour primary role will be to contribute to the success of our projects by applying your technical skills and knowledge. You will work closely with our expert leaders to develop your leadership and technical skills.
Requirements- You must hold a Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- You should possess strong decision-making and communication skills, creative thinking, and the drive to experience real hands-on work in the field.
- You should be resilient, enthusiastic, and passionate about teamwork to achieve positive outcomes in a deadline-driven environment.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits. Our culture values diversity, flexibility, and inclusion, and we encourage applicants who share these values.
