Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and BAS/IAS for various clients
  • Providing business advisory services, including tax planning and structuring
  • Ensuring compliance with Australian tax laws and regulations
  • Liaising directly with clients to offer strategic solutions and financial insights
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members
  • Working closely with partners and senior staff to expand technical expertise and commercial acumen
Required Skills and Qualifications:

CA or CPA qualified (or part-qualified and working towards completion)

3+ years' experience in business services, tax, or advisory within an Australian public practice firm

Strong knowledge of Australian tax legislation, compliance, and advisory services

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated and eager to progress within a growing firm

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
