Job Summary:

We are seeking a Community Services Director to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the management of community facilities, enforcing association rules and regulations, and maintaining open communication with residents and trustees.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in property management or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the management of community facilities, including maintenance schedules and vendor contracts.
  • Rule Enforcement: Enforce association rules and regulations, ensuring compliance and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with residents and trustees, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Education/Experience: Related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, such as Real Estate, Property Management, or previous management, bookkeeping experience, property maintenance, customer service-related position preferred
  • Communication Ability:Ability to effectively communicate with board members, the condo association community, and the team
  • Language Ability: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret governing documents.Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, contractors, and the general public
  • Accounting Ability: strong mathematical skills preferred
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, the candidate should be extremely proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Zoom and be able to work effectively in provided management software
Benefits:

$18 - $28 per hour based on experience
