Insurance Litigation Support Specialist

Legal Secretary Position
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled legal secretary to join our general liability team.
As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to Partners at a high level, taking a proactive approach with matters including product liability, property damage, and personal injury claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Collating court documents and preparing matters for hearing
- Client reporting and correspondence
- Timesheet entry and client billing
- File and diary management, including coordinating travel arrangements
- General administrative duties
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a legal secretary in an insurance and/or litigation practice
- Previous experience with client billing and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workflow efficiently
