Insurance Litigation Legal Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Litigation Legal Assistant to join our team.

  • Prepare court documentation and various legal correspondence;
  • Manage diaries and calendars;
  • Perform digital typing tasks;
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the legal team;
  • Screen phone calls and assist where possible;
  • Manage files and documents;
  • Coordinate travel arrangements;
  • Process monthly billing.

This role requires 1-2 years of experience working in a litigation or insurance litigation practice within a PA or legal secretary capacity. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, fast and accurate typing skills (65 wpm), excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a can-do attitude.

Candidates with 1.5-2 years left to complete their law degree may also be considered for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit court documents;

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records;
  • Assist with travel arrangements;
  • Process financial transactions.
Requirements:
