Commercial Project Manager Position Available

We are seeking a skilled project lead to oversee the delivery of a flagship hotel development. This high-value commercial build offers a chance to showcase expertise in project management and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project strategies to ensure timely completion and budget adherence
- Lead and motivate site and office-based teams to achieve project objectives
- Coordinate programming, suppliers, and consultants to deliver quality results
- Collaborate with senior management to report on progress and mitigate risks
- Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in a project management role within commercial construction
- Demonstrated success delivering projects valued at $30M+
- Strong leadership, client/stakeholder management, financial reporting, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and think strategically
Benefits
- Circa $200K salary package, depending on experience
