Resort Front Desk Representative

RAC Margaret River Nature Park is situated within the Wooditjup National Park, just a short stroll north of Margaret River town centre.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Resort Front Desk Representative to join our friendly team on a casual basis. The ideal candidate would be a local or someone looking to relocate from Perth - own accommodation is preferable due to limited onsite accommodation available to staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service at the front desk, welcoming guests and assisting with all aspects of their stay.
• Answering incoming phone calls and aiding over the phone and via email.
• Assisting groups with their bookings and stay at the park, including school groups, weddings and events.
• Assisting with general operations of the park.

The successful candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills, with previous experience in administration highly regarded. Previous experience using NewBook or other guest reservation software is also advantageous. Strong time-management, organisation and multi-tasking skills are essential for this role.
