Grain Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Attend daily safety briefings and comply with OH&S, HR, and Quality policies and procedures, as well as Bunge's code of conduct.
- Complete various tasks as assigned by the supervisor, including conducting site visits and inspecting facilities.
- Perform grain sampling and analysis in line with receival standards, and accurately record results.
- Identify grain defects, including weed seeds, and enter relevant data into the CSM application.
- Monitor Weighbridge data capture and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with growers and clients regarding quality issues and provide expert advice.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the laboratory and sampling areas.
- Prepare, label, and store audit samples in accordance with GIWA and Bunge standards.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of terminal procedures, processes, and policies.
- Hold a valid Western Australian C-class driver's license and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field, such as science or agriculture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in email and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to understand and implement internal procedures, processes, and policies.
