About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Delivery and Analytics Lead to join our team at Respect Aged Care. As a key member of our Home Care division, you will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and accuracy in our client database and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and sign off on Home Care budget publishing to ensure accurate usage of client and government funding.
  • Maintain Home Care client database within Home Care systems.
  • Develop and deliver operational reporting, including operational performance data, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports via Business Intelligence dashboards.
  • Conduct analysis of key Home Care metrics to identify solutions and influence Home Care leaders to optimize client and employee satisfaction, financial performance, and client outcomes.
  • Contribute to Home Care system advancements and development towards the future 'Support at Home' model.
Requirements
  • Experience in Reporting and Analytics, with a working knowledge of Aged Care and/or Health sector.
  • Ability to partner with, influence, and advise senior stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and deliver within timeframes.
  • Strong commercial acumen, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical skillset with the ability to work with, interpret data, and draw meaningful insights.
  • Proven ability to use technology to meet deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accuracy.
