Rural Products Sales and Operations Lead

Rural products sales managers play a vital role in driving growth and exceeding sales targets. As a key member of our diverse team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of rural products operations and leading the team to deliver exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:- Manage sales and inventory performance, including aged inventory, stock turns, and debtor arrangements.
- Oversee branch staffing requirements, including recruitment, rostering, training, and performance management.
- Nurture and grow the sales team to achieve targets, upskill capabilities, and provide value-add training with suppliers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and advice on rural products while introducing new product lines.
About You:
- Experience leading dynamic sales teams and a background in agronomy or the rural industry.
- Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to interpret and prepare profit and loss reports.
- Passion for building strong relationships, internally and externally, creating a positive and collaborative team environment.
