This role is based at our Banora Point home with flexibility to support other Bupa sites as required across the region. You'll be responsible for creating a positive and engaged culture in the care home for all employees to thrive in.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading others through high-pressure situations or adversity. They'll be able to diagnose and solve business problems, drawing on their key business insights to develop and execute appropriate interventions at pace.
