We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to provide in-home support to clients in Mt Barker and Starthalbyn. As a casual support worker, you will play a vital role in maintaining the independence and quality of life for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily living tasks to promote independence and dignity.
- Provide personal care and domestic assistance to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Transport clients to appointments and activities, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
- Certification in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care) is essential.
- A passion for supporting people living with disabilities is a must.
- Previous experience in disability or aged care is highly desirable.
- A personal smartphone compatible with our systems and apps is required.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, Police Check, and First Aid Certificate are mandatory.
- A valid driver's license and a roadworthy, insured vehicle are also necessary.
