Job Overview

You will play a crucial role as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing pre-sales technical systems engineering support.

This position requires strong collaboration with Account Managers to understand customer pain points and conduct white board network architectural reviews.

Your Responsibilities
  • Partner with Account Managers to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Presentation of Open Networking Data Center and Cognitive Campus networking solutions to clients.
  • Design, architect, and propose Data Center & Campus network solutions using leaf-spine architectures and network overlays.
  • Validate customer proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and deployments through hands-on tests.
  • Develop design guidelines and recommend improvements to customers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
  • Network industry certifications including Arista Cloud Engineer (ACE) level 4 - 7 are desired.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in L2/L3 networking design and implementation with Data Center, Campus, and Wi-Fi solutions.
  • Expert-level experience with routing and switching protocols.
