About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring strategic outcomes are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage strategic projects to deliver initiatives to the organisation.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of project implementation, including developing business cases, preparing project plans, identifying and coordinating resources, developing and managing budgets, and negotiating reporting requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and coordinate the work performed by externally sourced providers, to ensure that services are provided in accordance with agreed quality standards, budget and timeframes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with IT project management, preferably in a large-scale software solution implementation.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, or hybrid), standards, and processes, and understand how they are applied.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills within a challenging business environment.
