Strategic Project Lead

The Senior Manager PMO is responsible for leading strategic initiatives that drive business outcomes. This role requires a high degree of flexibility and adaptability to navigate evolving priorities.
- Develop and implement project management frameworks to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Guide process progression, ensuring each phase is completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor portfolio health and provide status reports to leadership, escalating issues as needed.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Implement standardized practices to promote consistency and best practices across the organization.
- Oversee project methodology, resource management, and risk management to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Requirements
- Minimum five years' experience in Project Management with certification.
- Proven track record in leading high-performing teams.
- Naturally curious and eager to learn, explore new ideas, and look beyond present circumstances.
- Strong strategic alignment with a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communicator with strong coaching, mentoring, and decision-making skills.
