About the Opportunity:- Developing sourcing strategies to fill vacant roles successfully
- Recruitment process management from advertisement creation using the eRecruit system to coordinating and participating in the interview panel, reference checks, and visa verification to satisfactory outcomes, as well as managing the offer process through to onboarding
- Compilation of recruitment-related data that provides insights and informs decision-making around sourcing and recruitment strategies
- Support for all recruitment related Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, or an equivalent level of experience
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals and collaborate within a team environment
- Initiative, learning orientation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment
Key Requirements:
A proven track record in talent acquisition and employee onboarding processes
Understanding of HR best practices and compliance regulations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
