Water and Wastewater Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Water and Wastewater Engineer to join our Brisbane office. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in leading project delivery teams and driving client success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex water and wastewater projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering their growth and development within the company.
  • Provide technical expertise as a trusted advisor to the team, offering guidance on project planning, coordination, and design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated design approaches and optimal project outcomes.
  • Contribute to business development activities, identifying new opportunities and building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in municipal water and wastewater infrastructure planning and project management.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in water and wastewater network modeling, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Familiarity with construction cost estimation and budgeting processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical information to clients and stakeholders.
