Job Title: Faith Leader

About the Role:
  • Foster a sense of community within the school, promoting unity and cooperation among staff and students.

Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Leadership: Provide vision and direction for the school, ensuring alignment with Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga's mission and values.
  2. Staff Development: Support and guide teachers in their professional growth, providing opportunities for training and development.
  3. School Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the wider community, fostering partnerships and collaborations.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Education or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Faith Leader or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.
