Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Surveyor Leader to join our team and contribute to the success of land & strata development projects.

This role will provide expert guidance, oversee surveying projects from inception to completion, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

  • Lead and manage land & strata surveying projects, collaborating with clients, engineers, project managers, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee a survey team, calculations, and deliverables, ensuring accurate and reliable survey outputs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, legislation, and standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver accurate & reliable survey data.
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support junior surveyors and team members.
Key Qualifications
  • Registered Land Surveyor (NSW) (BOSSI) with relevant qualifications and 5+ years post-registration experience.
  • Proven experience in large scale land & strata development projects (100+ lots).
  • Experience with LRS NSW Digital Plans.
  • Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
