Allocator - Inventory Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Allocator to join our team at Accent Group Limited. As an Allocator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate allocation of merchandise to our stores, supporting the achievement of budgeted sales, gross profit, and inventory productivity measures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate and replenish stock to stores, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.
- Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities and risks to inform allocation decisions.
- Monitor and maintain accurate store profiles, including inventory levels and sales data.
- Coordinate the receipt and delivery of merchandise into stores and distribution centers.
- Monitor warehouse stock levels and manage replenishment to stores, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Analyze the impact of allocation decisions and make recommendations to improve inventory management and control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inventory management and allocation processes.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible and proactive approach.
