About Strategy Analyst Role

This role plays a vital part in assisting strategic planning cycles, evaluating M&A opportunities and monitoring key initiative performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop financial models to support investment and strategic decisions.
  • Create and refine business cases with stakeholders.
  • Analyze scenario options for M&A opportunities, including valuation and risk assessment.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, market scanning, and structured research to inform priorities.
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools for executive decision-making.
  • Support strategic planning cycles, feasibility assessments and new product pilots.
  • Assist benefits tracking, post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Economics.
  • 2-5 years' experience in strategy, analytics, corporate development or consulting.
  • Strong skills in financial modelling, market analysis and performance reporting.
  • Familiarity with M&A analysis and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Commercial acumen and curiosity with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
  • Background in finance or related sectors.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Power BI and data visualization platforms.
