Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Receptionist to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front-of-house duties, including greeting visitors, handling calls, and supporting the team.
  • Utilize strong communication and organizational skills in a modern, studio environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Coordinate the distribution of messages and handle post and courier arrangements.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and order necessary office supplies.
  • Assist with PA tasks, such as organizing travel and event attendance.
  • Provide flexible support to the wider administration team as required.
Requirements:
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Basic familiarity with InDesign and Photoshop is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Capable of taking ownership of individual responsibilities.
