Job Title: Operations Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Supervisor Operations. This role will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing our RTIO Team Members to achieve Safe Production of all field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Lead and manage a team of Field Assistants, Survey Assistants, Operations Coordinators and Hydrogeological Technicians to achieve safe production goals
  • Collaborate with Contracts Supervisors to support them in achieving the 2-Week Plan
  • Report to the Superintendent Operations and work on an 8 days on; 6 days off roster
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and safety
  • Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including operational teams, procurement and planning teams

Requirements:

  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • A proven track record of success in an operational management and team leadership role
  • Risk management and contingency planning skills
  • Contractor management experience
  • Solid stakeholder engagement skills
  • Project management experience
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Continuous improvement skills
  • A Manual C Class driver's license (HR desirable)
