Hospitality Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a well-rounded hospitality professional to join our team as a Casual Hospitality Manager.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and have excellent customer service skills. They will be responsible for ensuring that all requirements and responsibilities are met in accordance with relevant legislation, including the Liquor Licensing Act.

Key duties include:

  • Front of house customer service in both tavern and pro-shop facilities;
  • Managing staff and delegating tasks across various areas of the business;
  • Providing a hands-on approach to customer service and leading by example;
  • Training and mentoring staff;
  • Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing regulations;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the applicant must hold a current Unrestricted Approved Manager card and possess the following skills:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills;
  • Ability to work within a team environment;
  • Hardworking and punctual with a reliable attitude;
  • Will to learn new skills;
  • A strong interest in golf is preferred but not essential;
