Hotel Service and Guest Experience Role

This role presents a unique opportunity to gain exposure in both Food & Beverage Operations and Front Office, providing a well-rounded understanding of hotel service and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to travellers and exceeding their expectations by delivering exceptional customer service skills.
  • Provide a friendly genuine service throughout the complete food and beverage and welcoming experience, creating a place where every traveller feels valued and respected.
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Understand traveller's requirements and create classic and timeless experiences with each traveller's experience, showcasing our commitment to quality and service excellence.
  • Support your Food and Beverage and Front Office team in general operational tasks, contributing to the smooth running of the hotel.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travellers to enable future bookings, leveraging our hotel's reputation for excellent service.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Working rights in Australia, enabling you to contribute to our team from day one.
  • An up-to-date RSA certificate, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Have or willing to obtain both a Food safety certificate and Allergen Awareness certificate, demonstrating our commitment to staff development.
  • Enthusiastic to escalate your career, with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn.
  • Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt to changing circumstances.
