Opal Fibre Packaging is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Day Shift Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing site in Athol Park, South Australia.

">

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring production targets are met by providing support and direction to their team, driving a sustainable operation with a focus on continuous improvement, delivering all safety, quality and production targets in accordance with quality standards, and fostering a supportive environment for their team focused on engaging team members, creating an inclusive and respectful workplace.

This is a critical role within Opal's Operational Leadership community, requiring a strong leader with previous experience in a people and operations leadership role within manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have well-developed organisational skills, experience effectively negotiating, influencing, problem solving, planning, making decisions, goal setting, and coaching.
